Atmosphere was beautiful at first. However, we were seated inside of what felt like a turtle tank. There were no blinds and the sun was directly overhead, so it felt like we were sitting under a magnifying glass. We made a reservation for dinner, asked to see a dinner menu, and were never given a dinner menu, just drink menu. We sat for 30 minutes before someone took our order with what seemed like an attitude but I brushed it off at first. 2 of the 4 of us ordered drinks, but we asked for 4 waters. Then we were told they’ll get us waters “eventually”…. 15 minutes later they come with the drinks and only 2 waters.

There were 7 other tables seated so being busy isn’t an excuse… maybe new management? Regardless we never ended up getting a dinner menu and had to go to the bar to close out. Met with an attitude when trying to close out.

I really thought this spot was going to be chic and classy like sushi by bou which is also located in the hotel. Total let down, wouldn’t recommend. Maybe good for happy hour before going somewhere else. The vibe seriously felt like they were closing down for the night at 6pm.

My sister and I ventured to the rooftop of our hotel for a casual mimosa, but we left with so much more. The board of chicago tourism needs someone like Abe on their side. His impeccable service was the highlight to our trip and his knowledge and personalized recommendations to our travel plans were second to none. My only regret is that now we have to visit these cool locations and not spend more time ordering drinks from him. Seriously can't recommend this place and specifically Abe enough!

Food was phenomenal & perfect portion. The welcome host was so friendly & helpful. All the staff were fabulous. The football game was on & there was a great vibe.

I had a 6pm reservation and was totally fine with only the bar side being open. I seated myself and was given a drink menu, but after waiting a while I had to flag someone down just to get a food menu. I placed both my drink and food order, and once they were dropped off, that was the last time I saw my waiter. I sat there for nearly two hours, hoping someone would at least check on me. Dining alone in a new city already feels vulnerable, and being forgotten like that honestly made me feel really sad and embarrassed. I watched other bartenders consistently check on their tables while I just waited, unsure of what to do. Eventually, I worked up the courage to get up and ask the bartender for my check.

We had a wonderful brunch on Saturday! Girls weekend success. Our server Shea provided a fun and great dining experience.

Locale non pulito a seguito del NYE: c'erano ancora dei residui a terra. Inoltre i bagni erano in condizione pietosa.

Great host! I asked where he the ought the best seat would be with the best view and showed us several for our choosing. And our waiter rocked!

Went here for my 30th bday brunch and it was beautiful in the winter! They had it all decorated and it was nicely warm inside the atrium. Devonte was the best server too!!

Hostess was rude, we reserved a table. Hostess said there were no tables available (clearly there were multiple empty table, with only one that had a “reserved” sign) and was unfriendly from the beginning.
