For a football Sunday ( and yes, they are open on Sunday) they didn't have access to the Bears or the Lions games. What the heck? There is more seating on their upper level however this is closed off. Missed opportunity y'all.

Jackie the server on duty at 3:15 pm on 8/15/24 needs serious diversity training! I have never encountered a person working in a bar act in such a rude offensive manner and the microaggressions were shocking. I believe the leasing office for this space should be consulted.

Rude staff. Told staff at 7:30 my train left at 8:32. Tried to get attention from 7:46 onward. Was going to order more. Finally got attention at 8:29.When I mentioned I had to hurry I got a raised eyebrow and sarcasm. They told me I told them what time my train was. I had to run down the escalator to get my train. Almost missed it. Won't ever give another penny to this place. Avoid.

The woman bartender might be the rudest individual I’ve ever encountered. Another gentleman, and myself, both elected to leave after being talked to so disrespectfully. I understand this is a bar, so for what it’s worth, we were both completely sober and very respectful. I’m still baffled at her attitude.

Can I just say this place made my day after working 12 HR shifts. The staff was very friendly, watched a couple of fights but the bartender was so used to it. LoL Thank You Chicago, you are a wonderful city!

This place is not what it says it is. There are 3 levels but they had 2 closed off. This left seating for only 32 people. Only 3 tvs on main level. People are standing and sitting on the steps and the other staff member working had no interest in opening up another level.
They are out of a lot of spirits. Jackie and Jesus are great, but they didn't have anything I wanted to drink!!

They have these giant tickets on the walls which make me wish I knew more about sports... like the Bears ticket from Sept 27 2010 - I'm assuming they absolutely dominated all other opponents after their decisive win here? And another ticket for the Cubs on Sept 8 2004 - a rousing postseason success? Much to uncover here!
