We had the holiday tea with champagne and it was terrific. It was however very heavy and while we normally can take quite a bit of lactose, we struggled in the end so be sure to have some lactose pills if you are slightly lactose intolerant just in case. Of course, they did ask if we had any dietary restrictions but we wanted to try it without any modifications so that's on us. The ambience is amazing with live music playing from the balcony and the service was impeccable.
We had the afternoon tea.
It was perhaps a once in a long time experience because of the price. It was nice to experience the elegance during the holiday season
