We stayed at the Loews Chicago Hotel during a family vacation this past summer and had a great experience. The location was perfect for traveling with two young children—within walking distance to Navy Pier and plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and upscale. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable for our family. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a highlight for our kids. Valet parking was convenient and easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

The moment I checked in with Emirates I knew my stay would be nothing short of amazing. The customer service was great and Enora made sure my soon to be husband and I felt special during our wedding weekend. On the day we checked out, Mariana greeted us with a smile and continued the amazing customer service experience. We needed our stay is some snacks from the coffee shop and even the ladies in the coffee shop were nice. We really appreciate the Loews staff.

We chose Loews because they claimed to be family friendly. We made the right choice. We have three kids under 7 years old, and we hoped for a nice spot without judgment. The kids loved the gift bags upon arrival; the pool was great; the rooms seemed to be soundproof; the food was great; and it was just a short walk to navy pier / Chicago children’s museum. Wonderful experience. Kids can’t wait to go back.

Such a luxurious hotel with high-quality services and professionally trained staff members. When my sisters and I arrived, the doorman opened the car door and we were greeted by other staff members when entering the building. There was also a huge lounge area that could fit a lot of people. I also liked the hotel room, it was very clean and elegant with a splendid view of the city. Overall a great place to stay at and everyone there was so professional and well-mannered.
Went here for my birthday, they left me a cute cupcake and a hand written note! The view from our room was incredible as well. Not to mention there are several restaurants and museums near by! I plan on coming back here again!

This hotel is in serious need of maintenance and attention to detail. When we arrived, the mini fridge did not work. Then the air conditioner was not functioning. We were told it just needed time to cool, but it did not, and we had to have a technician repair it for about 40 minutes after midnight. The shower had very low water pressure. The blackout curtain was ripped and let light in. The next day they switched our room to another room. It was a worse room, but at least things worked. This room also had very low water pressure. In both rooms, the phone had a flashing light that flashed all day and all night even though there were no messages. Some of the furniture was worn and in need of replacement. The windows were EXTREMELY DIRTY!!! (see photos). Also, the walls are thin and at night we could hear the people in the room next door. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel has a great location it is very unlikely I would return due to all the deferred maintenance.

Stayed here for one night with our family of four. My two kids (7) and (1) had a blast at the pool and were greeted warmly at reception with goody bags full of toys that amused the whole family for hours (seriously)
The reason I wanted to leave a review was because my son had left his favourite stuffed animal at the hotel and I had called (now checked out and out of state) and asked if they had seen it. Security called me back and let me know that they found it and were even shipping it back to me free of charge. I was really touched by how generous and warm the staff at this hotel were. I even wanted to leave an additional tip for house keeping but they said it wasn’t necessary. But thank you whoever cleaned room 1448 for us and didn’t just toss the ragged stuffed animal away Great hotel, amazing location and even better staff. Highly recommend
