Dopest bar in Chicago, and they know their stuff (especially rum!). Shoutout to Draven, Sven, and Dean for being such kind and generous hosts.
Loved everything about Meadowlark! Great atmosphere, music, and service, and the cocktails were absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really helpful with their recommendations. They also checked in on us throughout the night, which was a nice touch. Such a great experience. Would definitely come back!
We got two main cocktails and two minis off this seasons rotational menu as well as a lavender brulee. The brulee was absolutely delicious - and by far my personal favorite of the night. The drinks were fun and unique and pushed us out of our standard fairs.
The biggest drag is the wait to get in, which for us with just 2 people was over an hour.
