Went twice in the past week. Different person helped each time. The customer service was amazing both times! Was offered a variety of things to try. Glad it was offered as I bought some of everything I sampled. Was even offered coffee as I was shopping. They patiently answered all my questions and I never felt pressured to rush or to purchase. Highly recommend and will definitely be a loyal customer after my experiences!
Just was at the Nuts Castle for the first time looking for all things pistachio. It was amazing and the Manager Amy was the best salesperson I have ever encountered. Got to taste so many new things and she helped me put together a pistachio- based gift with all sorts of items I’ve never had before which I am sure will be a big hit!
Walked in and was greeted by rows and rows of handmade Turkish Delight, gourmet chocolate, turkish coffee items and various seasoned nuts and seeds the likes of which I have never encountered before. The young guy at the counter was so helpful and nice, gave us some samples and told us what's what. I bought about a pound of different Turkish Delights, each one was beautiful and delicious.
