I went and ordered my food in the drive thru. Pulled up and got my coffee handed to me first which wasn't mixed shaken or stirred in at all. I forgot I ordered my hasbrowns that I found were smashed at the bottom of the bag pinned down like a wwe wrestler. And to top it off when the cashier double checked my donut order was blueberry glazed he hands me a chocolate long john as a final fuck you. So sad friends..
I really want to love this location. I can't recommend them to anyone with allergies as they frequent contaminate food and don't understand that coconut is a fruit, not a tree nut. One worker claims there are other tree nuts in the coconut milk but the location doesn't have them listed in the description. If there are tree nuts in your coconut milk, that is unsual and it should be listed.We frequently get food with random cheese on it that was not ordered or supposed to be left...read full review

I'm a nurse and every morning I stop at the Dunkin' on Irving Park Road, just east of Harlem to get four doughnuts for myself, and the CNA working with me that day. The service is friendly and attentive, and, I have to add that EVERY morning when I enter, there is ALWAYS an employee cleaning something in the public area. Wiping down surfaces, countertops, door handles. Not only is it a great place to get doughnuts, but they also get an A+ in their attention to public health!
