Starbucks, located within a Target store, offers a friendly and accommodating atmosphere with enthusiastic staff. However, the quality and consistency of the drinks can be inconsistent, and the service can be slow at times due to a lack of sufficient staff. Despite these issues, the cafe provides an enjoyable experience with a selection of cute cups for customers to choose from.
