Staff were incredibly rude and refused to check ingredients for allergens. For reference, I'm severely allergic to dairy and asked about the bread for Avocado Toast.
I’ve never eaten here. Way over priced, but I liked the option. Lady working the register was rude, with zero personality. After I ordered, I told her I was going to sit down in the restaurant. I was told I couldn’t, that it was for dine in only. I advised that I thought that was what I was doing. Nope. You ordered to go. Really? No sign or anything to show the difference.
Ordered a fountain drink. It’s not working. Get one from the counter cooler. It’s not working either. Everything was warm. I waited 10 minutes for a to go order. I finally just walked away. I don’t know who owns these, but they should either shut ‘em down or hire good people. Do not eat at this place.
Upon reading other reviews it looks like others have had a similar experience. Don’t go here - over priced and rude service is a bad combo.
I have never received such rude service from a restaurant, ever.
I ordered a salad from the to-go stand. The woman said it would take about 10-15 minutes, so I went inside to sit at the bar while I waited for it to come out. The bartender walked up with a food menu to which I said - no thank you, I just ordered over there (pointing to the to go stand).
He immediately snapped and told me I could not sit there. I continued pulling out my laptop and went on to tell him I was happy to order a drink at the bar, but I was cut off by him telling me I needed to leave again and this area was for paying customers only. It was extremely embarrassing, especially since I was a paying customer AND was even going to order another drink since I was sitting at the bar. I understand if their policy is not to allow people with to go orders to sit there, but there was a much more polite way to communicate that - especially as someone who was more than willing to grab a drink while I waited.
I should read the reviews before getting in line. There was a reason why the line was so short compared to the eateries. Pay for food I didnot get and the food I got was not good. Lesson learned.
The odd thing is the older woman at the front was extremely nice, but the server was a total jerk. I ordered to go in case I didn’t finish in time before my flight but also sat down. She was like you can’t do that- this is dine in only and not a waiting room. Then told someone else who was doing dine in that they wouldn’t serve them at the bar. The server had her dunkin breakfast at the bar and almost seemed annoyed that I was there interrupting her. When I moved to sit at a different area she came and started rolling silverware right next to me (which she had not been doing before). I hope all that I tipped went to Lucille at the front register who was amazing and took this review from a 1 star to a 3. That other server should consider a job not in service.
I’m on a trip for an international deca competition, keep in mind I’m a kid. We got our food it was lowkey shitty. We’re trying to save money so we don’t tip. The waiter got mad at us and started shouting at us for not tipping.
During my layover today, decided to check out the Orange Line. Had the chicken club (with fries) which was delicious! Yes, it was $20 but that’s what things cost in the airport. There wasn’t a server which was confusing but the young man at the bar took care of orders and was very nice and helpful. I will eat here again if I have a layover here.

Saw one possible palatable vegan option “edamame”—a $17-20 option—that I was willing to purchase along with alcoholic beverages. Bartender took their time checking my ID and I was denied service after I inquired “a lot of minors try to drink here?” (We were visiting from out of town, and back home, I barely get carded.)

But unfortunately served me pork. Religiously very restricted with that.

They seemed decent from afar so I ordered at the counter and sat down. Then they ejected me and my spouse from the restaurant because we didn't order at the table. They should ask "Is this for here or to go?" if they are going to kick people out for not ordering in their preferred way. Not only that, but the woman at the counter was extremely rude. She was eating food when I first ordered and acted like I was interupting her. Then, when I picked up the food, her exact words were "You can't eat that here." Not, "I'm sorry, it's kind of a weird policy, but because you ordered here, you can't actually sit at one of our (MANY empty) tables."
I've worked low wage jobs before. I've worked stressful jobs before. That's no excuse to be unkind to others. I'd recommend staying away from this place.

Our servers Lynn and Daquan were amazing. Very attentive and friendly despite their very rude management speaking disrespectfully to them throughout my entire experience. They still handled themselves with poise and grace.

The Chicken and Wild Rice Soup was out of this world, and the french fries delicious and plentiful. This was one of the best airplane meals I’ve ever had.

Had a 3-4 hour layover July 9, 2024. My wife and I decided to try and try this place out. Only for the waiter to rudely say no food. That is no way to treat a customer. It was afternoon and we were hungry. This place obviously doesn't know how to treat its customers. If any restaurant says no food rudely to their customers should not be in business.

The maroon headed bartender was rude as hell. Hard to pay the bill with the server who was too busy talking to her friend than doing her job. Food was overpriced but it’s an airport.
