I had a Polish sausage and a hotdog. Not quite Maxwell Street, but close enough. While waiting for my order I was asked for money and offered to buy shoes. If this type of hustle bothers you, go elsewhere. They also sell tacos which seemed popular while I was there. I got my fix and would return if I can't get to the original stands now relocated off Roosevelt Road.
We originally went to the Maxwell's on Independence Boulevard but it was swarmed with disgusting scary people so we ended up with this one and the man that was behind the counter didn't know how to speak English but the food was okay
