Update: I reached out to them via email and I want to give credit to their customer service. They responded quickly, were very polite, refunded my order, and even sent a gift card to encourage me to give them another try. I really appreciate how seriously they took the feedback.

i wasn’t really impressed with the food. the mozzarella sticks and calamari weren’t bad, but the pasta was just okay. i will say the portions are huge, i got 3 portions out of my pasta. however, the pasta got so bland and boring that i ended up throwing some of it out. our server was nice and the food came out pretty quick. unfortunately, i don’t think i’d be back
