I’m at the rest area at George and Craig in Indiana off interstate 80 and I walk into your restaurant about 20 minutes till nine and everything is shut down. They close at nine but I can’t get a hot meal as a truck driver because they want to leave work early. I would think that since Covid is over and done with why can’t we truckers be afforded the opportunity to walk into a restaurant well before closing and get a hot meal?

Delivery/ uber drivers need to stop parking in the segregated bike lane whilst picking up at roost. Milwaukee avenue is the busiest bike route in the city but also one of the most dangerous for cyclists.

Management should put out some cones or maybe a sign if pick up drivers wont follow the laws properly themselves.

Pretty great sandwich.

Please ask your delivery drivers and customers to not park in the bike lane.

Walked in to pick up my order and was yelled at as soon as I came in. “Are you picking up???” Anyway, told her yes and my name. She gave me the wrong order. Please don’t yell at people, and try harder to provide the right order.

The food was ordered for a family game night. Everything went smooth with the pickup and the food was very tasty and spicy and delicious. Biscuits are the best.

I've eaten roost several times now and it's always been delicious. However, it's always given me and my roommates a slightly upset stomach (all three of us). We have always kind of boiled it down to "well it's giant greasy tenders so this just must be the tax for us" and try to just not eat it very often. I ate roost again last night and noticed the tenders breading was way darker then I remember. Today I have full on food poisoning. Stomach feels like it's got needles in it, and I haven't been able to eat anything all day. I know for certain it was the tenders because I noticed something off almost immediately after eating them. Please change your oil or whatever you gotta do to keep people from getting sick.

Do NOT order through Uber. Food is always missing when I order though Uber from this restaurant.

I got the buffalo sandwich with fries and additional hot honey mustard sauce as takeout. They forgot to give me the hot honey mustard. The sandwich was supposed to be Nashville Hot….it wasn’t spicy at all, wasn’t even mild. It had very mild mild flavor in general. The fries were decent. Overall, it was pretty disappointing.

Terrible staff. I’ve never eaten there but their staff, suppliers and delivery drivers regularly block the bike lane, causing cyclists to contend with car traffic. It’s the busiest lane in Chicago. They even have a parking lot, so it’s completely unnecessary. I’ve even had staff yell at me when I asked them not to park there. Awful neighbors.

They are the rudest to the delivery drivers forgetting when Covid was in full swing how these very same delivery drivers kept your business open. Invest in the delivery tablets and you will be able to see the picture of the driver that is picking up the food!!! You rating a driver negatively for know reason other than you having an attitude. This is in reference to the black woman working today!!!! Stop being rude and learn some customer service. I witnessed this today and will never patronize the business again it’s about treating everyone with respect!!!!

I was born and raised in Nashville, Tn and I can assure you that Nashville hot chicken is not sweet. It tastes like burnt sugar is in the batter. The biscuits were really good. The cobbler is more like an upside down peach cake. Its ok.
