We were visiting from Texas and my niece researched the place so we walked approximately 25 minutes out of our way to try it. I ordered the Dirty Tacos, Mac and Cheese, Chicken Tenders and French Fries but tried the biscuit and peach cobbler as well. The food was good. We would go back if we had time and happened to be in the area. Would I make a special trip... No. Again, it's good food but in my opinion, not worth a 25 minute walk one way and it was on the pricey side....

This was one of my first stops once getting to Chicago. We arrived and it was empty which was concerning but I wasn't going to let that stop me.

The cashier struggled answering my questions and seemed to be guessing more than giving an accurate answer. I ended up walking away because ever answer was beating around the bush kind of response so I let the person I was with complete the transaction.

Service was decently quick, portions are quite generous. The Dirty Bird didn't have that much bird (fried chicken) in it disappointingly, and the fried chicken was just average. Good fries though, and definitely filling. Decent place to just drop in, but not worth going out of your way for IMO.
