Simply a gem of a restaurant with quality, thoughtful and tasty cuisine! Outstanding patio for outdoor dining!

I think there's a lot of wasted space. The open kitchen area could be more attractive. customers can see everything so it should look more organized.

Just my son and I. Service was very good. Everyone there was very kind. Food came out quickly and was very good. We ate a bunch of sushi.

One of those places that are on you "list of place to try". Well I tried it. The menu is all over the place, the sushi was OK but not very flavorful. I had a chicken club which was not a club rather a chicken club panini.
Most odd thing about the visit is when the waitress was she recommended. She didn't have an answer, she said everything is good. So we asked what did she like, she said she liked everything, so I asked her whats her favorite thing to order, she said she's tried everything on the menu. Totally useless, I almost wanted to tell her next time just push the specials.

The place wasn't that welcoming. It didn't smell like food for a sushi place. We ordered bruchetta (why they have this no clue) as an appetizer and it was just tomatoes and onions with some basil, no citrus or oil. The bread was just brushed with a bit of garlic butter and felt like toast cut in half. We ended up leaving and not getting anything else to eat. It wasn't giving off, stay here and eat me vibes. Maybe it was a bad day.

The Sit Down is a great space for lunch or dinner. The safe is friendly, the owner is wonderful, and the food is delicious. We love going there or ordering out. Their pizza is super thin, crispy, and a must try.

Came to Hyde Park with the fam, looking for a decent place, and came across this restaurant. My first impression was this place was clean, airy, and had a chill vibe.
The food wasn't great-
A 15 piece combo was about $32 and it was quite bland looking. The nigiri rice fell apart the moment we wet it with soy sauce and the fish was very thin. It was 9 pieces of nigiri and 6 pieces of the roll.
The 3 Tacos were flavorless. The meat wasn't seasoned much and the salsa and tomato didn't help either.
The pizza was ok, the crust was very thin and crispy, which the children liked. It looked like a cracker because it was so thin but some people like it, I suppose.
The servers were nice but we had to ask for things a few times, which I think should be common when you serve food.
I wouldn't go back for sushi or tacos.

I had the tacos..don't judge me..they were what you would expect from a sushi place (don't recommend). My dad had the steak sandwich..you guessed it..what you would get from a sushi place (don't recommend). I did try my sister's and nephews sushi (first time) and it was pretty good. I just see sushi isn't my thing but they loved it!! If I were to give sushi another try I would come here. Staff was friendly, prices were okay, place was very clean, and it was a peaceful environment. I recommend to give it a try!!
