DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE STRAIGHT. JUST DONT DO IT. Straight people have to wait in an hour long line while non straight people get to skip the line and just order with the barista. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

Way way too sweet. The ghost coffee just tasted like caramel. Nice interior though

Cool place with nice people and great coffee! They make all their flavors in house, but don’t expect your typical coffee syrup flavors. I was recommended the Ghostly Trio (miso caramel + black sesame latte) by the barista taking my order. I got it iced and it was delicious!! They also have a water stand, which is super handy to get a quick sip.

I will definitely be back! It’s right around the corner from Wicker Park Farmers Market too, which happens on Sundays.

THIS is the type of cafe I want to see when visiting a city! Good drinks, tasty pastries, and a great vibe! Loved the 80s/90s retro theme

The drinks were fine but the staff were pretty rude. The barista who took my order didn’t look up at me the entire interaction and came off as very annoyed to be doing his job. I asked if I could please customize something and got a ‘we don’t do that.’ Just weird vibes. By other reviews, sounds like this is the norm. Bummer because it’s a cool spot otherwise.

Laid back atmosphere with clear values and fun decor. We were there around 10am on a weekday and seating was sparse- clearly a lot of people working remotely there. But, we were able to snag seats. Coffee was well-made.

One of the best. I love this place. My cortado is always on point. My wife loves the peanut butter koopa latte.

I have tried lots of coffee shops in Chicago, by far this place is the best. Taste was very similar with stumptown coffee in nyc.
Only cons were I visited Saturday morning, there were only two workers, the line was very long and it took about over 15 mins to order and grab my coffees. Staff were very friendly though.

Rude staff. Very poor communication skills and often smell strongly of body odor. Would recommend going down the street to bru instead.
