I had the best espresso martinis today at the lions game. Great service from Samantha and Sophia!

I always feel so welcomed here! The staff never failed to make me feel like I was meant to be there. Need a pint? Come swing by here for some proper Chicago manners and hospitality

I visited as a solo traveller from Scotland on a Friday for the legendary Turtle Racing. I paid for the drinks package which included drafts and well drinks. It was worth the price and the experience was great. I will return in 2025 when I visit again!

The races were very fun, however the security at the front was given out all different types of things that some of us didn’t receive even though we bought the drinking deal. Also the bathroom situation for the ladies is a nightmare with only one stall. My group and I didn’t receive the nacho bar promised in the ticket we bought. Overall it was alright but I had higher expectations

I recently revisited Tin Lizzie to catch a Spartans game after more than a decade. While the space still of course caters to young recent grads, it was a sorta fun bit of nostalgia. Unfortunately, the main issue arose when the tab came. The thing is, Tin Lizzie, without any heads up, included a 20% charge on our bill...but it was hidden, as there is no total or itemized bill when the credit card reader is handed to you. Instead, the reader merely shows an additional tip option of 3 default %'s, and the signature line. So, there is no way to know that you would be tipping AGAIN, as they already had chosen to sneakily include their chosen 20% tip on everyone's bill...the bill that you do not get to see on the screen mind you. When we'd realized their sneaky practice and flagged down a bartender, we were told "all bars do this, and we have a sign outside the door." Sorry, Tin Lizzie, but no. I've lived in Chicago for 17 years and have never seen this grift.
This is such sheisty business practice, sorry Tin Lizzie. It's clear they are hoping to pull one over on all the inebriated 20-somethings who pay their tabs, hoping that nobody notices.
Do better.

Such a fun place to come watch turtle races! Feels like a bit of a hole in the wall Chicago thing to show your friends. I’d recommend that you pay at the door instead of online to avoid fees but make sure you bring cash for unlimited drinks and food (get there early or it gets super crowded) and a fun night with music!

I live breathe and die by turtle racing. It's a magical place where anything can happen I love turtles!
Potentially the best deal in the city for drinks and entertainment.

One of the best bars in Lincoln Park. I had a birthday party here and the accommodations and assistance they gave to plan it all was exceptional. Everything was decorated perfectly, and nothing beats having a party while the turtles are racing! Amazing atmosphere and Kelly the bartender is the best!!!! 100% recommend The Tin Lizzie’s for your next event or just to come hangout!

Not big on the weekend crowds so I went on a Sunday. They open the place up when it is nice out so there is great light with nice music. They have great drink specials. It's an ideal bar close to DePaul. The service was excellent. Great for a low key drinking spot during the week.
