Not only did the kind and gentle soul, Ted, skillfully and professionally assist me with my wardrobe needs, he made my wife and I feel completely at home in the store, keeping our personal belongings behind the counter as we shopped. I might as well have been in my living room. The cherry on top was the life-altering discovery of the OluKai line of footwear!! I cannot stress how wonderful they make my feet feel! My family (who had all admired the original color) were with me when it happened and were all shocked!Because I am now out of the country working for a year, they refused to do anything to make the situation right.I’d stick with buying your clothing from a quality company like Nordstrom who stand behind their products no matter your location when you discover a defect in their product.
