Waited 105 minutes for my pizzas and I am less than a mile away. Food arrived cold and when I called I was simply put on hold every time, the last time I called I waited on hold 22 minutes before I hung up. I haven’t gotten a refund yet, but I’ll just go in person tomorrow and confront this stellar staff. I should mention that when I called at 90min waiting I did get to talk to someone and I expressed my concern about the food being hot upon delivery. The guy on the phone said “yes I understand, I hope it’s at least warm “ also still waiting on hold now as I’m writing this!

I've been a fan of toppers for years. This new location in Chicago needs work when it comes to the pizza. The non meat toppings seem to be something they want to be very stingy with. You ask for meat toppings... they put on what you expect. Veggie options.... a very small amount on the pizzas.

Don't order delivery and expect to get any food. After putting in my order on their website, it got marked as "Delivered" but the food never showed up. I texted the delivery driver, who said that the Toppers staff had told him to take the order to a different address. Joy.
The phone number listed for the location is disconnected, so I had to drive to the restaurant to complain and get a refund. I don't know if the workers are intentionally stealing/rerouting orders or if they're just awful at their jobs, but either way, order at your own risk. Shady place.

Customer service is a solid 10 out of 10. This place is a hidden gem that I found and the quality for the price is unmatched. I paid 9.99 for a large 3 topping pizza and they were not greedy with the toppings. The cheese pull was good and the garlic parm dipping sauce is a must. I give Toppers a solid 8.5 out of 10.

The vegan cheese was a brand I know, which is a positive. Had breadsticks and vegan buffalo chickenless pizza. Ordered the hand tossed dough and really liked it. They put the right amount of vegan cheese on it to make it feel satisfying. Would definitely order again.
Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options. 2 specialty pizzas or create your own. Breadsticks and "chicken" tenders.

I would have given them 5 stars for the taste and quality of my Pizza it was tasty for sure. Sadly I ordered a brownie too but the driver didn’t have it. Not sure if it was Toppers or the driver. Uber did refund the cost of the brownie. So I’m only a tiny bit annoyed now.
Hire more people. Took so long to get our order. Better of starving.

None of the employees wear gloves and touch everything even their face and clothes . I have also seen twice the employees eating in the back then procced to handle food again with out gloves or washing hands .

We had Toppers deliver pizza to our block party last week. So, I was able to sample several kinds of pizza...plus Topperstix. Delicious! I am very picky about sausage and usually dont eat sausage pizza but Toppers sausage was lean, high quality so I really enjoyed it. The Topperstix were a big hit, especially with the kids. Friendly delivery guys brought the pizza to our block party and the joy jumped up 100% as we all scrambled to open the boxes and dig in! So glad you are in our neighborhood!

Best place to get a Buffalo chicken pizza, I usually opt for * extra Buffalo chicken over bacon * Get the tall boy crust for extra bread * get extra cheese with that extra bread from tall boy
Then it comes out to this bit of perfection attached. If anyone knows a better Buffalo chicken let me know, but this is my favorite.
