Trino Steakhouse is a nice new addition to the West Loop dining scene, offering a fresh take on a steakhouse experience. The food is unique but approachable, absolutely delicious, rich, and bursting with flavor. Standout dishes include the lamb empanada, the Wagyu steak sandwich, the Cangrejo Tostada, and the Shrimp & Grits. The Skirt steak with Huitlacoche Bordelaise sauce and Trumpet Mushrooms is a tender and flavorful star, while the Bucatini Polanco is perfectly cooked. For dessert, the tres leches tiramisu is light, creamy, and indulgent. The atmosphere is stylish yet welcoming and very cute. The staff are warm, welcoming, very personable, and attentive, making guests feel like they are eating with friends.
