Tried the Hawaiian BBQ slider and it was awful. The bun was completely hard and stale and the whole thing is drowned in mayo. Usually I don't mind the food from this chain but this was bad.

Although I have been many times, I am not sure if I will be back. I was not allowed to use the bathroom until my daughter PAID, who was in line, for our purchase. I find it really awful that we were treated this way.

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. As soon as I arrived, a staff member with multicolored dreadlocks informed me that there were no public restrooms before I could even place my order. My sister-in-law ordered a drink, but we ultimately decided to tell our family not to bother, as it seemed the staff were more interested in watching meme videos than serving customers. I’ve attached photos showing other customers waiting to be helped. Overall, it felt like an unprofessional and disrespectful environment.

Was one of the first ones there and it took about 45 min for my order to come out. We got no word of our food coming out late at all. Someone that came in 10 min after me got the food before mine and we ordered the same thing. Probably not coming here again they need new staff forsure.

Walked rly far to go here specifically, I have a kidney condition where I have to use the restroom a lot, by the time I go there I ran to the restroom and was like I’m going to order but I’m in pain and need to use the restroom. The person at the register said I had to order first and I was like I’m in so much pain please and she didn’t give up. I said I’ll just have a burrito or wrap or whatever and she was like which one? And was smiling as I was clearly dealing with a lot of pain. Felt disgusted. I’ve worked in the service industry for many years and there is always an exemption for sick or elderly and I made it clear I was there to order food. Will never ever return to this business I’ve always frequented

I went in there to order a smoothie, They charge me 869 and when I gave them $20 cash they said they weren’t taking cash at this moment. This is the third time this is happening to me if you’re not taking cash and then don’t take cash PERIOD!

I would like to give a special thank you to Bella and her team. I had a little mishap with my smoothie but they completely turned everything around and i really appreciate that. They made a new smoothie for me and it was just what i wanted and needed. They never gave me any attitude and they were very understanding. The smoothie was great, Bella was great and I’ll definitely be back. I love the Açaí berry smoothie and the Island green as well. Thanks for such great customer service skills.

There’s one person who usually works weekday mornings who is constantly late/delayed in making orders. There needs to be more than one person working weekdays so this lady can get some help.
