I had such a great experience at Tropical Smoothie! The place was super clean, my order came out fast, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Crystal was especially amazing—she was friendly, patient, and made sure my smoothie was perfect. Her customer service honestly made my day. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am really not sure why Tropical Smoothie gets such low reviews bc we had a great experience and will return to any location. This one happens to be on Milwaukee Avenue in Wicker Park right across the street from the farmers market. The place is clean and has lots of seating and even has charging stations underneath the table. Plus free WiFi and the smoothies are great. So many healthy options. And the wraps were good too. Came out warm and the chicken was juicy and the sauce...

I would like to give a special thank you to Bella and her team. I had a little mishap with my smoothie but they completely turned everything around and i really appreciate that. They made a new smoothie for me and it was just what i wanted and needed. They never gave me any attitude and they were very understanding. The smoothie was great, Bella was great and I’ll definitely be back. I love the Açaí berry smoothie and the Island green as well. Thanks for such great customer...
