My recent visit to Uproar Chicago was awesome! The Cobb salad was incredibly tasty, and the Pina Colada Spritz was so refreshing. Plus, the service was top-notch. Can't wait to go back!

This was a really great place with super great food and drinks. They were really accommodating for our large party and separate checks which was really nice. Also the bar tender made excellent drinks we will definitely be back.

We didn't stay, we didn't eat or drink. We had a reservation and came because of the bottomless package they had. The advertisement said 11am-4pm, but we were given false information from the hostess, then the server, then the manager. Originally the manager refused to come to us when we asked and then she sent someone else over to portray her spot. They told us at 3:30 that we couldn't get the bottomless package because it ended at 3. Any spot with a great client experience would have went by their advertisement. It wasn't anything that needed accommodations. We were told that the kitchen has to switch over to dinner and it's going to take some time to do so. What did that have to do with the bottomless mimosas, etc. package? Absolutely nothing. This was by far the worst client experience we've had. The server tried to get us to stay by offering free shots, but it wasn't about that. It was about the client experience, so what tf do we look like giving our hard earned black money to that place that was clearly discriminating against 3 black women. We would never recommend this place and we tip VERY well. It was a loss not for us but for the server and the restaurant. We will make sure that everyone we know, don't go to this place. It should always be about the client experience, no matter the color of their skin. Chicago should know that discrimination isn't what's up.

I had a disappointing experience at this spot for overpriced brunch. The food tasted like it was store-bought and lacked freshness. To make matters worse, some items were burnt and others were served cold. It was a waste of both my time and money, and I cannot recommend it.

We came with a large group. Service was great. We had all the types of skewers which were delicious. My husband had the steak sandwich and I had the tuna nachos. Wow the food here is unbelievable!

We had a table of 12 but didn't ask for anything special. Waitress was quickly overwhelmed and service was very poor. Bar was out of mixer and the draft tap beers were broken. Food that we didn't order was brought to the table. We never got the second round of drinks ordered. Half way through dinner the place was blasting bad pop music and talking to person beside you required yelling. I would not return under any circumstances.

Me favorite brunch spot. The food is always good and this is the only brunch spot I know that brings out the mimosas back to back with no problem! They are not stingy with their mimosas at all!

Server was excellent, they have a great bottomless mimosa deal. Food was pretty decent as well! I enjoyed the burger and crispy chicken sandwich and their side sausage comes in patties.EDIT: knocking down stars they charged me an additional $125 on my card despite drawing line through receipt (gratuity was added and gave cash)

Thank you so much for having us this past Saturday at Uproar. We had the best time! The food was absolutely delicious and are little spot upstairs was perfect for us to catch up with family and friends. Everyone was raving about the food and drinks. Plus it was during Wells Street Art Fair so we had plenty of stuff to do.Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and the good vibes.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We moved seats because it was chilly outside and they were super accommodating. We ordered the avocado toast and cinnamon roll. We didn't realize there were no eggs on the toast. They could have offered. The cinnamon rolls were barely warm. They definitely would have been better if warm, or better if hot. They were a little burnt and hard. Cute place, but will try other places before returning.

I’m sad to leave a bad review, but honestly shocked that it’s so well rated after the experience we had. Maybe we came on a bad day (Saturday for brunch) but the food was subpar at best. The pancakes were black and smelled so burnt, I’m surprised they served it to us. The avocado toast had no seasoning. When I ordered a michelada, they seemed to know what that was, but brought me back a glass of tomato juice. I asked if I could have one with more beer (there was literally no beer in mine) and she brought back a second one with a literal splash of beer. My guess is the bartender thought that a michelada was basically a Bloody Mary with beer instead of vodka, but a typical michelada is an actual full beer (not just a shot of beer and they usually ask what kind of beer you want) with some tomato juice, tajín or chili salt, hot sauce, lime juice, and usually Worcestershire sauce and/or soy sauce. This was just a glass of tomato juice. I didn’t feel like arguing (I’m not great with confrontation), so when the second one came back essentially as 90% tomato juice, we just paid the $10 and let it go. Definitively don’t plan on coming back which is disappointing as the bottomless menu looked good. Our server was nice and while the music was really loud, it’s a bar so that’s expected.Maybe its a solid spot to grab a beer or easy mixed drink, but the food left a lot to be desired.

Came here for happy hour with my boyfriend and we liked it. Great deals. Good music. Food was good and the drinks were strong & good. For a neighborhood stop, we definitely enjoyed ourselves and want to return for brunch.

This place is so much fun! We went for birthday brunch and definitely plan on coming back. Everyone was so welcoming. Their hostess Alexis was so great and helped make our celebration extra special

I came here on a Wednesday night and unfortunately left a pair of sunglasses. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone (called over 15 times, left several messages via voicemail and with actual employees that answered with no return call, outreached on Instagram, filled out the contact form and emailed) and after finally getting someone to answer, was told via email that sunglasses matching my description were found. I went in immediately only to be told they weren’t sure where they were at and would call me (which they never did). It then took 13 more days of constantly trying to get in touch with someone again to help to only be told they don’t know what happened and they don’t have the sunglasses. I have never had such an awful experience trying to get help like this, not to mention when I was there, the food was not good and the service was extremely slow, even though I was one of only 4 total patrons there that night. There’s plenty of other places on Wells that offer a better overall customer experience.
