The ambiance was fabulous as well as the food. The service and managerial staff has significant opportunity for improvement. They either didn't know how or were not prepared or well equipped to serve a large crowd.
This is an awesome rooftop bar located inside The Gwen hotel; they offer good drinks and a cool ambiance. Service is great and the drinks are delish. Can sit outside for a view or indoors for some privacy. Been here a few times and it’s always a hoot.
Absolute beautiful place to go have a drink or have some dinner. Did wait a while for our server to come and it was hard to find him for a good portion of our time. But the drinks were great after walking around Chicago and the truffle fries were absolutely delicious. I'd come back just for those fries. Didn't go out to the terrace as it was pretty cold and windy but it did seem like a nice open area to just relax and unwind. Definitely will be back here in the future
