The rooftop at The Gwen was phenomenal! Beautiful comfortable layout, design and a quaint spot above it all! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. They went above and beyond. Thank you for a memorable Birthday celebration for my friends and I!
Went to the Gwen last August 2024 for the tipsy tea party - it was exceptional - 5 stars in all categories, this time around it was OK. They did comp a round of drinks for taking too long, which I appreciated. It seemed like they were short-staffed. However, once we paid our bill, no one came by to refill our water or do anything as if they wanted us just to leave, it was extremely expensive. The rooftop had better service but would not recommend to anyone again.
I didn't physically come, but I made the reservation for my wife because it was her birthday. And she had the highest compliments. She enjoyed her time and the environment. Definitely a great experience.
