This hotel is so beautiful and I love the experience. I booked May 17th during Cowboy Carter Beyonce weekend concert and was supposed to stay at JW Marriott which I had reserved and planned for however the rooms were overbooked and there was no space for me. Management did speak with me and informed me not to worry and that they can accommodate me 4-5 minutes away at The Gwen Luxury hotel which was gorgeous. I was on the run the entire time so I did not get to enjoy everything...
The ambiance was fabulous as well as the food. The service and managerial staff has significant opportunity for improvement. They either didn't know how or were not prepared or well equipped to serve a large crowd.
This is an awesome rooftop bar located inside The Gwen hotel; they offer good drinks and a cool ambiance. Service is great and the drinks are delish. Can sit outside for a view or indoors for some privacy. Been here a few times and it’s always a hoot.
