Finding great vegan ice cream is hard to find but you’ll find it here at VACA’s. The best part is the customer service! The sweetest people ever! Thank you for making my experience in Chicago a great one!

Just unbelievable. We got a vanilla soft serve with caramel miso, peanut butter shell, birthday cake cookie dough bites and toasted marshmallows with sprinkles and a sweetcorn soft serve with miso caramel, peanuts, marshmallows and M&Nots in a waffle cone. I'd never had sweetcorn ice cream before but it was stunning- buttery, creamy and sweet. The miso caramel enhanced this nicely and the toppings all complimented really well too.
