Exceptional fusion of food and atmosphere. Schwa somehow pulls off the duality of a high-end Michelin-starred restaurant with the laid-back feel of a neighborhood dive bar. Nothing pretentious or stuffy—just incredibly creative food, a down-to-earth crew, great music, and a genuinely chill atmosphere. Fine dining without feeling like fine dining, in the best possible way.
Probably the best meal ive ever had. wonderful dishes/bites in a completely unpretentious manner. a wonderful way to treat yourself to a fancy meal.
Had a great meal here last night. Chef was very friendly and the food was good and creative. It is LOUD in there and some of the servers were quiet, so it was very difficult to hear the description of some of the courses and how we were supposed to eat them. Super casual dress code, which I appreciated (e.g., I wore jeans and a t-shirt).
