Tried to come in and order and the two women there said they ran out of everything, no they did not they were just closing earlier than the posted business hours with chairs put away the mop bucket out and cleaning the machines. I tried coming in around 6:30, while I get this isn’t the best move it’s a quickly made drink not a sit down meal.

I usually come in because I like the tea but recently the staffing has made me not want to go. It feels like the business is too laid back and lacks professionalism.

Vivi is my favorite bubble tea place of all time and I've tried many. I'm not from Chicago, but I had to make a point to stop in while I was here. The girl working was super nice and made my teas in a custom way which I really appreciated. My husband really liked his too. My only complaint would be that, for some reason, both times I've been to this location the bubbles are a lot firmer than they are at other Vivi locations. The other time was over a year ago and when it happened then I thought it was a fluke, but after this time I'm realizing that maybe they just make them differently and cook them for less time? I'm not sure. I prefer them softer/ more squishy but otherwise great!

Came in and Daisy was so helpful!! The drinks were so so good and like I mentioned, the service was even greater. I love the ambience, the music was lit!! Definitely recommend checking this place out when you’re in the loop. Shoutout Vivi’s! ❤️‍?

Some of the best boba I've ever had, with top notch kawaii atmosphere inside! Had the brown sugar milk tea and it was incredible and well-priced. Delicious all around and I loved the art and drawings from staff on the walls!

Rude person working there. Got my drink wrong and insists passion fruit qq tea doesn’t come with boba. She was just lazy and didn’t want to remake my drink

Best bubble tea place! Delicious, quick, and easy to order. The place is a bit too small but if not to dine in there is not issues.

To the employee who messed up my drink:Businesses underpaying their employees is something that needs to change, but please don’t take it out on the customers who aren’t able to tip as generously and often yet. (:

Ordered 1 large Taro Creme Brûlée with Boba ($5.75 + $1 for large + $0.75 for Boba) with tax added up to $8.39. The Taro Creme Brûlée has the regular milk tea but has REAL taro smeared the side of the cup so that you get the mixture of the milk tea with taro bits. The bobas are not great though; tasted a bit stale. Also disappointed that their Creme Brûlée tea does not have the crispy crust top like other boba tea place, such as Taipei cafe. Thus the 4 stars on the food. The place is pretty cute but there is no air circulations. On a rainy day, it feels extra humid and warm inside the store.

Went here twice. Quick and convenient order filling speed. Price was not bad. But it would be great if they can keep the store cleaner and the ingredients fresher.
