I have been ordering from Waldo Cooneys for a while. Today's delivery was so disappointing. Couldn't eat my wings because they were soooo hard, seemed like they had been refried due to the burnt color at the ends. The French fries were bad, were old. It will be a long time before I order from them if I ever do.

We order pizza from here at least once a month and have never complained. Tonight when we ordered delivery ( I am disabled) they only brought 1 of the 2 pizzas and went back to get the other one. Maybe they gave it to someone else or didn’t cook it in the first place but they must’ve rushed another pizza and delivered an extremely undercooked pepperoni pizza. We tried to eat it but even my kids wouldn’t. I called and was told I have to bring the pizza back for them to remake one. We paid delivery fees and tipped because I am disabled and not ok to just get up and go! My husband ended up bringing it in to hopefully get a refund but when he walked in I guess they had already made another one to give him. I wanted a refund because by now we all ate something else and I don’t trust the young, shit talking, unprofessional kids working there to not have spit on it or done something else nasty. They were talking shit about a customer that called about their order missing stuff while my husband was there. Rosatis tastes better anyway but hopefully the manager will see how bad their staff is and do something about it because I’m not the only customer they’ve lost

Ordered pizza online and called in to make sure I placed my order correctly. The gentleman that answered said I placed my order correctly. 1 cheese pizza and 1 sausage pizza. Well when I got my order it was wrong. I received 2 sausage pizza. My kids don’t eat sausage. When I called to tell them my order was wrong. The same gentleman answered and told me there was nothing he can do. Won’t be ordering with this place ever again

WE JUST MOVED HERE AND NEEDED TO FIND OUR NEW PIZZA JOINT....AND YOUR IT:) WALDO COONEYS ON 111TH IS THE EPITOME OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! THERE WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION ABOUT DELIVERY AND WALDO COONEYS WAS FAST AT CORRECTING MY ORDER AND MAKING SURE THAT WE WERE ALL GOOD . WE REALLY DO APPRECIATE THE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. ALSO THE OLDER DELIVERY DRIVER IS TRUELY AMAZING. This place is a dump. Anyone that says their staff is friendly is a liar. They are rude, ignorant and their drivers are class A jerks. The driver refused to bring the pizza to the door and demanded my brother come to the car to get it. My brother said no. He THREATENED my brother with physical violence. My brother went outside and the coward drove off. The owner knows about it and did NOTHING. They are overpriced, their pizza is soggy and unsatisfying if you order vegetables on it. I told my brother not to order from them because they are ignorant. Well he found out.

I asked for a pepperoni slice at drive thru and I get my slice and it looks like the slice is a cheese one with pepperoni thrown on it last minute smh
I want you to see incompetence in its purest form. I asked for pepperoni on a pizza, but for it to be on top of the cheese. They proceeded to cook the pizza 1st, then place pepperoni on it afterward.

I've been a customer for years, no longer after today. You screwed up my order and expect me to wait another 45min & drive all the way back to pick up the pizza I ordered. I advised I was not driving back and was told there was nothing they could do for me. No worries, Chuck's, Milanos and Homerun Inn are around the corner. I called in an order when i got there the pizza was ready but i couldn't get it because the customer in front of me had a problem with her order. So when they took her pizzas to the back i had to wait 25 more minutes for them to fix her food. Then when they brought the pizzas back they put the other food and pop in another bag and it broke. I had just worked 12 hours and i had to stand here and wait.
