After so many failed attempts of getting what I’m used to buying (from about 7years ago), I decided I’ve had enough. This used to be the perfect place for pizza, the only place I’d buy my pizza from. Not anymore, that was years ago. I ordered my usual pizza 2 nights ago, ground beef, spinach, mushrooms and black olives. I have to tell them light on the black olives because they will drown the pizza in black olives and every time I say ā€œlight on the black olivesā€, I still have about 8-9 black olives on each piece of pizza. This makes me angry because instead of eating my pizza, I’m digging and throwing away black olives. Anyway, my complaint and reason I’ll never eat this pizza again is because I’m sick of having about 1 teaspoon of ground beef on my pizza. Now that I’m writing this review, I wish I would’ve taken photos of this. The last few times I’ve gotten pizza my husband has told me ā€œjust order what you want, don’t order me anything, I’ll get something to eat from someplace elseā€. He has stopped eating pizza from Waldo Cooney’s because of the incompetence. I ordered a size Medium and paid $33.08 for a Medium pizza full of black olives and mushrooms with (literally) a teaspoon of ground beef, I saw a few shreds of spinach but the lack of ground beef stole the show. My husband wanted me to call and complain, I’m tried of calling and complaining to places I spend my money for a product or service and get garbage. There are too many pizza places in the direct area of this location, I have never tried them but now I have a reason. I DO NOT recommend wasting your money or time with Waldo Cooney’s 111th Western Chicago. They fell off, maybe new owners, new management, or someone died or retired but it's not the same, at all.

Drive thru was terrible. I Had to wait 8 minutes for someone to come to the speaker / window and there was no one in front of me. Also I ordered on the phone prior to arrival. Finally someone took care of me.

I have been ordering from Waldo Cooneys for a while. Today's delivery was so disappointing. Couldn't eat my wings because they were soooo hard, seemed like they had been refried due to the burnt color at the ends. The French fries were bad, were old. It will be a long time before I order from them if I ever do.

We order pizza from here at least once a month and have never complained. Tonight when we ordered delivery ( I am disabled) they only brought 1 of the 2 pizzas and went back to get the other one. Maybe they gave it to someone else or didn’t cook it in the first place but they must’ve rushed another pizza and delivered an extremely undercooked pepperoni pizza. We tried to eat it but even my kids wouldn’t. I called and was told I have to bring the pizza back for them to remake one. We paid delivery fees and tipped because I am disabled and not ok to just get up and go! My husband ended up bringing it in to hopefully get a refund but when he walked in I guess they had already made another one to give him.
I wanted a refund because by now we all ate something else and I don’t trust the young, shit talking, unprofessional kids working there to not have spit on it or done something else nasty. They were talking shit about a customer that called about their order missing stuff while my husband was there.
Rosatis tastes better anyway but hopefully the manager will see how bad their staff is and do something about it because I’m not the only customer they’ve lost

Ordered pizza online and called in to make sure I placed my order correctly. The gentleman that answered said I placed my order correctly. 1 cheese pizza and 1 sausage pizza. Well when I got my order it was wrong. I received 2 sausage pizza. My kids don’t eat sausage. When I called to tell them my order was wrong. The same gentleman answered and told me there was nothing he can do. Won’t be ordering with this place ever again

This used to be my pizza spot but the last two pizza have been dry and not tasteful. I rather eat a Tombstone pizza. Customer service has definitely improved tho
