So the blueberry pancakes were 10 out of 10, but my chicken and waffles were overcooked and dry. Our waitress was great and made it right. I had the passion fruit cocktail. It was good but definitely strong.

My husband and I were in from out of town. One thing I’ve learned about visiting Chicago is to make sure to have dinner reservations. I made a reservation for Weather Mark Tavern because it seemed like a casual place close to our hotel. We got reminders about our upcoming reservation and got there right on time only to find out it’s a seat yourself place and every table was full. Luckily 2 people left the bar so we were able to snag their seats. Food and drinks were good....
