I bought a 25 dlr gift card. Not only are there no holiday cards (fine) but they also have no sleeves for them. When I asked if they had a bag, the guy immediately said no. No bag?? Do you have anything like even a post it note or something so I can write the name and amount on for the person? No, without hesitation. A cup? No. What?! Ridiculous. Never ever ever going back. Merry Christmas.

The cashier is at this Dunkin is rude and he doesn't have any customer service skills...I was waiting in line to get coffee another customer walked in and held his finger up the cashier took this man first even though I was waiting inside to be service... He rudely told me the guy was first and took him... He needs customer service training and he said he is the Manager.... A manager like him needs to be demoted to be retrained I will never come to this location AGAIN
