what happened I have not been there in a while went there during Xmas season did not feel like Christmas at all there plus it looked dirty so disappointing it could use a good clean and some holiday cheer..selection was poor too very little festive mdse
Today, 20 Sep my daughter brought home a dozen chocolate donuts. I was shocked when I opened the box. Apparently your bakery is downsizing the donuts. Much smaller and worse of all , what happened to the chocolate coating on the donuts. Did you run out? They use to be smothered with chocolate. Very disappointed.
They text me a picture of “my cake” and I thought they were joking it was hideous. The manager called and asked what was wrong. She said she would fix and send me a pic when it was done. The next cake was cleaner but still didn’t look like my cake. The mangier called again and I explained this is no where near my cake and if they couldn’t make it they shouldn’t have took my money.
