As someone who worked in fast food, I can say first hand that I hated working fast food. But I didn’t take it out on customers. Missing items from pick up orders, fries are colder than Alaska, and the employees are kinda on the slower side. It takes them a bit to put 2 & 2 together. Take your time when you’re making an order and make sure the items are there because trying to get ahold of customer service online for a refund is a drag. I’d rather wait longer for a correct order than to get a fast order with missing and incorrect items.

A very suspicious situation is happening here. Just before closing, someone places very expensive orders and the restaurant refuses to deliver them. What is it?
They are starting the order after customer arrives. I ordered something, when I arrive at store they asked the order name and stated preparing it in front of me. That's so rude. And the one who was doing the frying thing wasn't wearing a cap. Her hair are so long that it's dipping in the foods. ??

This Wendy's rushes you to take your order with their rude customer service. When asked if everything is in the bag, they said yes and proceeded to rush me out of the drive through. Came home, opened my bag to a ¼ filled fry carton and no sauce for the nuggets. This place definitely hired the wrong people to service customers.

Giving this place a 2 star because the staff seemed so lost and definitely had an attitude of “I’m over this place.” I said thank you 2/3 times and was never acknowledged. My order was not ready as per what my mobile order said and they had to dig in their system to find it so I had to wait another 15 mins. The place is spacious and has nice lighting but that’s pretty much it. Food is okay.
