Love the crispy fried chicken. Delicious and the chicken was made fresh so took about 20 min with no after taste. Ever since halal KFC closed down in Lombard, been trying to find a great halal crispy chicken place and finally found an awesome place. The chicken tender pieces in the peri peri bowl had excellent char-grilled flavor. The cast iron used may be part of the secret. The other part would be that it was cooked with pride and a love of good food. Had I known the mango lime sauce would come on the side, I would have tried a couple different flavors.
