The cashier was the most disrespectful person I have ever seen in customer service. She was very rude and disrespectful‼️ I am a franchise owner and political figure. This young lady doesn’t need to be apart of anyone customer service team. And the “manager” would not give us any information and in fact he gave us the wrong store address.
I will be calling and emailing the corporate office.
They served me 4 RAW CHICKEN sandwiches and I’m pissed off that I bit one and I’m already starting to not feel sick
The Wendy's at 87th Lafayette: I hate there are no human cashiers to take the order. The kiosk that accepts cash was broken, and the food was cold. Disappointing! 1st and last time going here. Do better!
