The setup does require the use of a kiosk even for cash payments, which some find inconvenient. Despite this, the service remains quick, and the food quality is reasonable, with moist chicken nuggets being a highlight. However, it is important to note that during lunchtime, especially between 12pm and 3pm, the restaurant can get extremely loud due to the nearby high school students. This can be distracting for those dining with family or friends. Overall, many consider this Wendy's to be one of the best, thanks to the excellent customer service.
