They take too too long for an order I know is not workers problem.. this is a managers problems but workers do well my pay more so orders come faster or something like.. but still alright ?

They completely ignored me for more then 15min while I was standing in front of 3 employees! They all were laughing, dancing to music, and talking about their life in front of me. I ended up going on the drive thru and still had to wait another 15 min, they even laughed that I ended up going to the drive thru, meaning they saw me clearly but chose to not do their jobs.

Customer service was horrible. Made this experience at this particular location unpleasant. There was no ice in the machine and a lot of the soda flavors where out. Staff needs training and management needs to step up their game.

Extremely poor service. Could not understand order through speaker because employee music was blasting in kitchen area and had to remind cashier multiple times to hand me my drink while watching him use his phone. Would avoid if possible, McDonald’s is up the road.

There are good White Castles and Bad ones. Thankfully I had a wonderful experience at this one. My chicken rings were cooked fresh. It was FREEZING outside and they were fully staffed. Superb service. Very nice ?.
On the way home from work midnight. Went inside to view the menu. Guy in front picked up his order from staff. I stepped up to counter. The clerk walked away. Approx 6 employees working in back all aware I was there. Some looked directly at the now growing line and completely ignored it. Not even an attempt to acknowledge the customers waiting, This went on for over 20 minutes.I looked at the customer to my left who was just as confused as I was.That was my queue...,Adios White Castle.....Never again..

Not sure if it wasa slider OR the sloppy joe, but I ended up with food poisoning; not sure if I will EVER eat at a White Castle again, but I know for a FACT I would NEVER eat from THIS location again!

Terrible turnaround time for fast food. 30 minutes to make and receive an order, and they were out of an item I wanted. Another customer who was waiting to place their order ahead of me walked out without ordering, otherwise my wait would have been even longer. Four staff in the kitchen, but they were so slow. No management to be seen.Display case shelves for branded merchandise were empty, which shows how little they care about pushing their own brand. The place is probably due for a refresh on their flooring/tiling. Sliders weren't hazardous to one's health. Fries were subpar. Go anywhere else for lunch.
