Cool. Nothing fancy. But it’s White Castle.
Good service great food and great location
Review written 9/24/2026. They didn’t give ketchup like I asked and no receipt was offered or given.
Also no napkins were given.
And no one greeted at drive through.
And the mobile coupon didn’t work for this location so couldn’t redeem it.
But onion rings were tasty and hot and fresh

White Castle is a well-known restaurant that offers great staff and fantastic food, including their signature chicken rings. The location is clean and well-maintained, providing good parking for customers. It's a popular choice for large orders, as the restaurant has a reputation for getting orders right. While not the best or worst White Castle, the overall experience is generally satisfactory, with every aspect being average.
Recently, the restaurant has seen some improvements, with a new staff that has made positive changes. The onions are no longer over-cooked, and the burgers are prepared as they should be. The place also appears to be cleaner than before. However, there have been some mixed reviews, with one customer expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of the burgers and the increase in prices. Despite this, the restaurant still maintains a loyal following, with one customer reminiscing about the nostalgic experience of visiting the White Castle as a child.
The staff at this particular location has also been praised for their handling of a busy day, with a young employee demonstrating excellent customer service and patience, even with frustrated customers.
