I ordered online through the app. I had two entrées and they were both completely wrong. The items were mixed on each of the plates and I didn’t get the extra servings that I ordered which was rice,beans, fajitas, cheese. I don’t eat spicy and my plate had the hot sauce that my partner ordered. I had the Barbacoa bowl and it was just fine. No real complaints about it, though some of the barbacoa was stuck together in big clumps. I like that they are generous with the toppings, though sometimes I find some of the toppings to be too cold, so that the warm and cold toppings don't mesh well.

The young lady at the register snatched my visa card from my 14 year olds hand. Who was next to my 8 year old at the time. And showed her how to do the card on the machine with a attitude. Literally snatching it from her pushing the card in the machine all hard talking loud to her, "saying that was how she does it." I went in to confront her telling her that that's not what she talks to little kids. And she gave me the nastiest attitude as well.
