Best shaved ice I've had since the last time I've had it. Most friendliest customer service as well! Highly recommended and I can't wait to try the other flavors I didn't get a chance to try yet�

Windy City Shaved Ice is outstanding. We had their Philadelphia Water Ice for a party of 500. Everyone loved it. The flavors, the texture and the variety of choices. On top of their products, there are Dawn and Roger who run the operation. They are good people, generous, kind hearted, wise, generous and warm.
