The dine-in experience was quite good; the service was attentive and warm, and the dishes were decent. I came specifically for the pork tripe chicken, and the price was reasonable—cheaper than what I had in Toronto and Quebec, Canada. However, the biggest issue was that the pork tripe and chicken pot didn’t have a continuous heat source underneath, so it got cold quickly, especially since we visited in winter. Really enjoyed the salted egg fried pumpkin. The lobster glutinous rice also had a lot of lobster. Huge portions, definitely worth the price.

Update: Went back and the salted egg fried pumpkin was just as good as I remembered. We also ordered beef ribs, which were great as well. We had mango sago for dessert which was delicious and richer and creamier than expected. Would definitely come back for different salted egg dishes!
