Chain restaurant, so I'm sure the 17-18 year old kids working there don't really invest too much into the restaurant. Outside was filthy. Inside was filthy. Tables were sticky. Didn't even want to dare look under the soda machine. If this is how it looks outside and inside, I can only imagine how it looks behind the counter and inside the kitchen.Parking: Filthy. Garbage everywhere

Terrible service. Super super slow and no one greets you upon entering. Never order from here if you're hungry and want to eat within 30mins. They will never have your order ready even if you scheduled it online and paid for it. No one asks you if you're there to pick up or order. Needs new management ASAP. If you can it's better to drive to the Justice location or another near you!

I’m very upset I love wing stop I always order from many locations. Never had a problem with wing stop. but this location is ridiculous I prepaid my order went to pick it up and had to wait 1 hour 20 mins for it come on. Had a confirmation order to go pick up in 20 mins everyone was all over the place . wing stop in This location needs to be more organized and hire for staff to avoid with like this.

Need a refund. Placed an order with anticipation, and, still waited over an hour an a half for it, 45 minutes off it in store, no help, and no, I did not receive my food.I asked for a refund for which the employee said that the manager would be in store on sunday.Ridiculous wait times, busy, yes, but, its not like they didnt have 200 wings already cooked ready to be seasoned. This incident happened yesterday. Just need my refund.

Horrible service, food takes over 15 minutes to get your food, even if you ordered in advance. Then we are told they're "behind" when it's obvious our order was never started, and many other customers have received their orders in the meantime. This is disappointing and it is now clear why this Wingstop establishment has a pathetic 2.5 starts. Shameful. *spits in fryer*
