UPDATE: I wanted to update my original review because I believe businesses should also be recognized when they make an effort to correct a bad experience.
Andy, a supervisor/manager, personally reached out to me today regarding what happened. He was apologetic, listened to my concerns, and is processing the refund for the food I never received. He also assured me that the situation with the employee was being addressed internally.
