The Critic
I wanted to share my review, I feel that we need to be aware of companies Scamming people with phony reviews based upon giving them free items which the service nor the food really justify the review which is against Google’s policy. I waited 25 minutes in line for eight piece wing combo in which the cashier did not never acknowledge me while I was in line. I noticed that the actual cashier which name is Asim was giving free items to persuade customers to do a positive review and requesting to see a photo of the review prior to giving the items that was stated to the customer service and the food really doesn’t justify the five star so therefore they are bribing customers in giving them a positive review customers should have the option to give a review based upon the service that they receive which I don’t feel is not justified their are other options for Wingstop and other establishments that actually do an outstanding job based upon this location that is on Roosevelt. I hope management correct the issue and increase the quality of service and food. I hope this help with making a decision in the future.

I had a great experience at Wingstop! Even though they were clearly busy and short-staffed, the guy taking my order, Usman, handled everything with grace and professionalism. He had to step away a few times, but each time he apologized sincerely, and you could tell he was doing his absolute best to keep things running smoothly. Usman was genuinely pleasant and made the whole experience feel positive despite the rush. Big kudos to him and the team for keeping things together under pressure!
