I called in to place a delivery order, because their online site wasn't working. The woman there took my order, not realizing they couldn't take delivery orders by phone. I waited 2 hours, then had to go pick up my order. They claimed they cooked a new order for the inconvenience. It didn't taste like it.

I got my wings well done but since my wings were mostly breading, they were extra hard. It was too much breading and not enough chicken, and way too hard to bite into. Some wings were way too dry and had no flavor, while the sauced wings either barely had any sauce, or had way too much sauce and the sauce was very watery. I was disappointed.

I’ve been going to this Wingstop in Chicago for about a month and a half now, and out of every Wingstop I’ve ever been to in this city, this one never disappoints.
Let’s talk about the fries first—because if you know, you know. These fries are never soggy. Ever. They’re crunchy the moment your tongue touches them, cooked exactly the way fries are supposed to be. There’s something exhilarating about knowing exactly how you want your food… and then having it delivered perfectly every single time. You just have to use your words—tell them what you want—and trust me, they make it happen.
The people there? Absolute gems. Cool, spiritual energy, rock-star vibes. Some of them I even went to school with, and they’re still shining. You can feel the good energy behind the counter, and it translates straight into the food. The place is popular for a reason.
The wings, the fries, everything on the menu—always on point. I’ve tried almost everything, and I’ve never been let down. I come in so often that I know all the employees’ names, and yeah… I’m pretty well known there at this point 😌.
And listen—if you’re hunting for real crunchy fries, the good kind, this is the spot. You won’t regret it.

Ordered from here and got food poisoning. Plus their wait times are always longer than expected.
We order from here very often, never had any issues nor incorrect orders. My boyfriend and I always order the same thing, our top favorite flavor is the hot honey rub, delicious. Did I mention they have the best carrots as well, haha, they're always so crunchy and fresh. Definitely one of our top wing restaurants.

Ordered some bbq chicken wings. The food was decent well cooked with an ok amount of bbq sauce. The location was a little strange though they had no trash cans which was weird and the place was freezing inside the day was chilling and the ac was crazy high. I had to leave to eat I couldnt handle the cold in there.

Name of the person who took my order via telephone is Kelly. Something must be corrected. Did not even compensate for having my very late & waited extra 25 minutes from the time promise. Very disappointed 😞
