Food is always good but one can have one person great at customer service and making it great then the rest...maybe cuz they cooking can care less I waited a good bit for in house order and they cashier was asking what's taking so long but the food is always great just service can be better

Came in for a T Mobile promo deal for a 3 piece chicken tender combo and they had ran out of chicken tenders. Despite such, they replaced my order with boneless wings to ensure I had gotten my order fulfilled one way or another. Great service given the circumstances they were in as there was a lot of people there for the same promo and they handled it as best as humanly possible. Definitely will return. The man who appeared to be running the kitchen and packing the orders was very helpful , I didn't catch his name but he held it down 💪🏽

The staff here are absolutely spectacular! I came in for a promo deal of three tenders, but they had run out. Instead of leaving me disappointed, the owner and staff went above and beyond by offering boneless wings as a replacement. The service was incredibly fast, and everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It’s rare to find a place that truly values its customers like this. Great food, great service—I’ll definitely be coming back! Gracias muchachos !

Very nice people but I don’t think the wings were cooked enough they weren’t crispy and I don’t even finish my order tbh. Next time I’ll make sure I order my wings extra crispy extra wet

I placed my order online and showed up 5 min later. The guy asked my name and let the food preppers know, and then they started my order. I waited for less than 15 min. My order was accurate, and the chicken was hot. However, the fries were not. I just don't understand wingstop's beef with serving hot fries! The chicken was very good and fresh. I'd go back here and be sure to request hot fries.

This Thursday I had a rude cashier named Adri or Adrian mess up my order. I told her to fix it but she wouldn't fix it at all even though she hung up on me before even repeating my order to me. Luckily the new girl named Michelle did such a great job with fixing my order and apologies for the other cashiers fault and wrong doing. I'll be coming back because she has such a great customer service skills and great smile and great ENEGRY. ❤️🔥❤️🔥
