The wings are always delicious. But the last time I went here, I ordered online and picked it up and the woman behind the counter asked me my name. I told her, showed it to her on the app and even spelled it and she acted as if she didn’t understand what I was saying. She had to bring another employee out and he also acted dense. My order was the only one on the shelf and right there the whole time but we went back and forth for like 10 minutes because they didn’t understand anything. Even if they can’t understand English they should still be able to match the name on the bag to what I showed them in the app.

Don’t go here. The workers don’t know how to do their job properly—they spend more time chatting than actually working. The place is small, so it gets crowded fast, and they take forever just to take and prepare orders. If you’re an introvert, avoid this place. They will literally scream at you to talk louder, even if you’re speaking clearly. The service is unprofessional, and for the past three months, they’ve only had two workers—I wonder why. Definitely not worth the visit.

This Wingstop location has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. For the past two months, they’ve had only two workers, and they are incredibly slow—not just in preparing food but in their overall attitude toward customers. They spend more time talking than actually working, making customers wait unnecessarily long. What’s even worse is their disrespectful behavior. If you look diverse, especially if you’re Asian, they will literally yell at you, even if you’re being polite. It’s completely unacceptable. No customer should have to deal with rudeness and discrimination while simply trying to order food. If you’re going to be rude to customers, at least be efficient. But instead, they move at a snail’s pace, chat nonstop, and act like they don’t care about their job. This place needs serious management intervention—or better yet, to be shut down. I do not recommend eating here.
