Anthony is very rude and a terrible manager, made me wait on hold for 10 mins and then when I called back I got through to him right away. He is lying about what is on the website, told me to come into the store to order instead of ordering on the phone. I don't know why I can't just order on the phone and come pick up my food? I spoke calmly and said if I'm going to come to the store can I just place my order on the phone please? He said I was yelling and hung up on me! Terrible service. I just wanted to place an order and come pick it up but the manager anthony has too many issues for that to happen.

I ordered Lemon pepper chicken sandwich and regular fries and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The fries were soooooo good I almost forgot about the sandwich, well until I took a bite of it, LOL! I'm glad they have a variety of flavors and types of chicken as well. We just moved to this area and my family has already found a great chicken joint! One thousand percent satisfied!!

Consist great service and good food. My orders have always been on point, hot and correct. The guy working the counter is always super nice and happy to help. The spicy Korean Q sauce is by far our favorite. And you cannot forget the ranch, best in the business

The guy with long hair just snatched out my drinks from my hands without saying anything and put ice in my drinks and asking to confirm my order. He didn’t even ask if I’m delivery person or my own order. He assumed that I’m doing wrong and said “is this your first time”What kind of customer service is this? You’ll see him in the front taking orders. Long hair guy. What a rude person.

What happened today is that we bought a Winstop today and came home, ate, and after half an hour my husband began to feel bad, an hour later I felt bad, it seems they were poisoned due to the fact that we spoke poor English, they gave us expired or spoiled chicken or sauce, this is discrimination, all of YOU once came here and it was hard for you too in the first years, don’t forget about it. I am attaching my receipt as confirmation.
