Love wingstop but this particular location is a complete scam. Had a work party and ordered a sizeable amount. Delivery driver canceled and they didn't bother dispatching. So the food had been sitting there freezing. Asked for a refund and was told that the shift lead there doesn't have access to that feature. Went in for a remake and was told that they notified the manager via text and that the order was refunded (more on this later).
Reordered the food and it turned out fine. However. That refund did not go through. I was told to contact them if it did not show up. Over a week later and playing a very frustrating game of phone tag and im still out over 100 dollars.
As someone who has worked in food service across varying management levels I know that shift leads generally have the ability to refund orders. Unless wing stops internal system is that bad this restaurant is either very poorly run and/or they're obfuscating the refund process in order to keep their track record cleaner.
I've seen multiple reviews citing similar issues to mine so I believe this to be the case. Very dishonest and probably illegal. Should be investigated internally so customers can get their refunds. Will be pursuing this matter personally.

The location apparently made the food that I ordered online, but gave it to someone else by mistake. This is disappointing, but understandable. However, they subsequently refused to fulfill my order even though I never received it. A remarkable failure in customer service, judgment and integrity.

I ordered from them during the overnight last night 11/27 at 12:14 am via UberEats received our food at 12:49 am and my whole family has food poisoning

Nice place. Food was super fast which makes me think it was premade. I like my wings well done and crispy, they were soggy from the sauce. Still good though. Fries are always amazing.

Placed an order here for pick up through the app Halloween weekend. When I came to pick up the order they said they were closed due the time change. When I showed i was charged, the woman said all orders made would be canceled and refunded. I called the next day and explained I still hadn't received a refund. The same woman explained it was because of the weekend and by Monday morning at 9 am, the refund would be there. She assured me that if it wasn't they would issue me a refund. I called on Monday at 11 am. Still no refund and my call was ignored. I then came in person on Tuesday night to get my refund. She told me she couldn't issue a refund and only her boss could (complete contradiction to what she previously told me). She asked for confirmation and it's like why do yiu need confirmation? There were at least 20 other people on Halloween weekend. Its easy... refund everything you took money from but didn't fulfill the order. It's been a week and these thieves still haven't given me money back. 30 dollars.

Ordered 15 wings and two drinks. The wings were decent, although they didn't sufficiently isolate the dry rub wings from the wet ones, which caused the dry rub to wash off of my wings.
I ordered 2 drinks, and they sent the wrong ones. Then the Door Dash driver, who took 35 minutes to get to my hotel, dropped one of my drinks. So, paid $8 for two drinks, only received one, and it was the wrong one.
Called to try to get them to make it right, and she put 100% of the blame on the driver. Refused to refund the money for the drinks, and because it was close to closing time, refused to replace them as well.
So, for $44, got average wings with missing dry rub, only 1 soda when I ordered two, and they refused to do anything to make it right, saying it was up to me to go after the driver.
I am diabetic, and if I had drank the soda they sent me that contained sugar, it could have caused my blood glucose to go out of control.
