Vegetable dumplings and bao are filled with weird vegetables, ones that shouldn’t be in them (red bell peppers). Those are ok for vegetarians but weird flavor profile, good for a pinch

Food is just ok. We tried 3 different flavors, the Mongolian, sezchuan and bbq pork. Nothing tonwrote home about. Service was fast, but that's because the baos sit in the steamer pre-made.

I recently visited Wow Bao at Water Tower Place and had a fantastic experience! The employee, Dameon, went above and beyond to explain the menu in great detail, even sharing his personal favorites which really helped in making my decision. I highly recommend trying the cheeseburger bao—it was delicious! Great food and even better service. Thanks, Dameon!
