This place used to be awesome. It's still really cute and Instagram-friendly, and the desserts are delicious if messy. But I knocked off two stars for their new business model.
If you order a s'more in store, they're like $4. Very reasonable. They used to let you take the components to go and assemble at home and we used to do that all the time. But the last time I went in and asked to do that, the girl directed me towards individually packaged components and kits instead. 12 marshmallows for $10, 10 graham crackers for $10, and full bars of chocolate, OR a kit that includes 2 s'mores for $14. We got a kit and it didn't even include the gourmet chocolate they use, just 2 fun size Hershey bars. Let us take s'mores to go and microwave at home, this tactic of driving sales is a huge bummer!

I reached out to customer service for a replacement or resolution to my rice krispy bar and they were super quick to respond and helped me right away. Their marshmallows bring the review up a lot and I am excited to re-try the bar whenever we make it back. 5/5 on service and friendliness. It made it so a sad experience was turned into a happy one and makes me excited to come back eventually!

However, we bought a rice krispy bar, and both took a bite to realize it is completely stale. The date on the packaging says it doesn’t expire until September 20th, so I’m not sure if the package got air in it or what. We won’t have time to go back to the shop to get a refund.
I’m super sad because I was so excited to eat it! I would rate this place a lot higher if I just got a good rice krispy bar ? a 5 dollar bar thrown away and wasted ☹️

I bought quite a few products after seeing TikTok’s and absolutely not. They were horrible. They taste like chemicals and straight up food coloring. What a waste of money

I ordered two flavors of marshmallow, 2 flavors of marshmallow fluff, and the lemon-marshmallow treats. I was very excited to try these since I make my own homemade marshmallows!! However, I was extremely disappointed. The marshmallow fluff was amazing, but the marshmallows were not. They had a bad texture, almost like they were stale. They were stiff and chewy, and the flavors were also a little weird tasting. The marshmallow cup thing was also stale tasting. I loved the marshmallow fluff but was very disappointed in the marshmallows themselves, especially since they are pretty pricy.

OMG! as someone who is celiac having this from a gluten free facility is AMAZING. I just got my order and I dug into a cookie dough bite, yes gluten free stuff tends to be gritty BUT this is so much better than when I was first having to be gf. I am so THRILLED that this place delivers, I felt like a kid in a candy store ordering and opening my box. and the best thing is I have sensitive teeth and IT DIDNT HURT MY TEETH! I will absolutely be a regular customer this is AMAZING. Not too sweet but sweet enough and gluten free facility is a DREAM!!!!

I am a return online customer. XO Marshmallows have completely ruined store bought marshmallows for me. The marshmallows from XO are fluffy with excellent flavor, wonderfully sweet and just an amazing treat to have. I look forward to ordering more.

My wife and I visited here for the first time about a month ago, and we loved the marshmallows and fluff we took home. There were so many options for different flavored marshmallows, we had to just get one of each. As for the fluff, my wife got the cake batter and I got banana pudding- both were excellent choices. The service left a bit to be desired, but we'll still be back!

My daughter goes to DePaul and has Celiac, I was so excited to find a place where she could get gluten free graham crackers and s'mores!
Last week, I was in town and just had to go visit to see what all the hype was for myself. What a great place! Marshmallows are so good, coffee was great and the service was exceptional! Can't wait to come back at the end of the summer!

Super cute inside and has great merch/fun gifts! The staff was super nice and helpful. I got a frozen lemonade and it had marshmallow creme on top. I have never had a drink like that before it was really good and something different! The marshmallows were also very good and fresh! Definitely recommend!
