Food poisoning. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a latte. Worse latte I've had in a while. It was basically just milk, no espresso flavor. The egg in the croissant was worse than a McDonald's breakfast egg, obviously microwaved. The sausage was super bland. Really wish I would have eaten anywhere else because I got food poisoning from this breakfast.

I got chicken enchilada soup here. It was decent, my expectations were fairly low. The soup was very thick and came with saltine crackers. It was pretty bland but there was some flavor in the soup.

This was such a bad experience, it’s the worst service I think I’ve ever encountered. I didn’t even end up ordering anything because the girl at the counter was so rude. All I wanted was a latte, and I’d never had their coffee so I was looking forward to trying it. Ended up with a Starbucks from across the way and the baristas were very nice. I’ll never come here again. I can see why they have such horrible reviews.

The staff at the register were very rude and unhelpful - they won’t let me use my Apple Pay after it didn’t go through the first time and they were very rude and dismissive about it. I don’t recommend people coming here.

Service was pretty quick and straightforward. I got the chicken 🍗 sandwich 🥪 and wasn't too happy with it. Too bland, kinda small, had a weird texture, and wasn't really satiating. Would not 🚫 return - there are certainly other better options in ORD.

Stopped in between flights for breakfast. Got their spinach & cheese crossaint and a cup of coffee. The crossaint was tasty, though a tad on the small side. I could have eaten 2 of them.

I was very surprised by how good the coffee was! I knew Intelligentsia Coffee was good, but had low expectations since most airport coffee is bad (even most 3rd wave coffees). I was amazed at how much chocolate they got out of this, and no bitterness. Best I've had at any airport. Skip the overpriced & over-roasted mess called Starbucks.

I agree: the flow-through of ordering could be marked out better. The cashier was confused about whose order belonged to who.

I had to order three times: 1) first to the cashier, who doesn’t repeat my order to the barista only a few steps away from her. She redirects me back to the barista even when a sign next to the barista says “Next Register”, 2) second to the barista, who apparently only takes your order when you stand *exactly* under the sign “Order Here”, and 3) a third time to the cashier, who finally places my order in an impatient tone.

Wish I saw the reviews before I visited. They have an order line and a pay line. Went to the pay line and they told me to go to the order line. Went to the order line and lady says I'll need to pay over there. The pay line lady doesn't know what I ordered so I have to order again. Terrible system, terrible service go somewhere else.
