Very good coffee ( had the Mocha) and sandwiches (Honey Ham). Friendly service … at an airport! Time it right and the line shrinks. Concourse C Terminal 1 across from gate C19.

The woman who takes the orders is incredibly rude. I walked to the "order here" sign and was berated on how I could try to place my order but I'll encounter a language barrier, that I should not step out of the line and fall back into my spot of the line and not skip other people. I seriously wonder what is wrong with that women. She could have politly directed me into the right direction but instead I was berated and accused of skipping the line. Her attitude continued while taking my order. About a minue later I was upset and had lost my appetite. I kindly asked her to cancel my order. As most food places at O'Hare airport are probably managed by the same company I will refrain from any purchases and next time I fly through this airport make sure I have my own food as I refuse to leave my money at a place with such naturally and unprovoked rude "service" staff. This happened on Oct the 3rd at 07:45 AM. What a nice way to start the day!

Zero customer service, zero organization. I watched multiple people leave after trying to order because things simply weren't getting made at all. They had no idea what what going on. All I wanted was a milkshake and they were rude and I ended up leaving before I got to order because they could not get it together. Whole crew needs to be retrained and a new ordering system put in place.

Just had the most wonderful service here. Finally a local coffee place that isn’t Starbucks! Shocked by the reviews, it is delicious. Don’t skip it!
Got a decent toasted turkey sandwich for a relatively fair price (considering its airport food). It tasted pretty good but it completely fell apart 3 bites in so I had to finish it with a fork. Even though it was very early morning, the staff were energetic and friendly, which was awesome.

My experience at Zoots Cafe was atrocious. I tried to build my own sandwich and my server kept telling me misleading things like I was in the worng place to order, when I was in the correct place, and telling me that the meets are packaged all together when there is a very big clear sign stating that there is "no such thing" as premade food at Zoots Cafe. When I received my sandwich, it was drenched in the mustard mayonnaise, hot peppers, black olives, that I clearly made sure we're NOT on my sandwich. The sandwich was falling apart due to the excessive unnecessary condiments and so messy. Not to mention the most mediocre smoothie I've ever had and the outrageous total $20 dollar price for this disgusting sloppy meal

I returned my breakfast croissant twice and the egg and sausage were cold. Service line busy carrying on conversation with guest as opposed to serving guest. I decided to go hungry than try a third time to get a cold sandwich. Very bad experience.

Chaotic and dishonest. Says decaf on the menu and proceeded to checkout the girl charged 6.95 and I clarified I ordered a decaf coffee for 3.99? And she was like oh that menu isn't right we don't have decaf but the guy took my ordered said you do?! Then she continued to said "oh we only have decaf Americano or decaf latte" and later charged me a decaf American which is $1 more. Money isn't the issue but honesty of doing business which she doesn't know anything about. Won't be coming back to this place, coffee sucked btw.

Was it the best cappuccino I had in my life? No. But did the staff brighten my early morning with their great energy and prepare a very solid cappuccino made with Intelligentsia coffee? Absolutely.Very solid for an airport coffeeshop.

Located in the food cart of terminal 1-C.Got a quesadilla and Italian sub. The sub was decent but the quesadilla didn't have melted cheese and it was cold shortly after handoff. Recommend going to the corner grill further down the food cart or elsewhere
