Dunkin' Donuts in Cicero

“I will start by saying i stopped going there for a long time because of bad customer service i stopped there today and decided to give them another chance. I asked if they had frapes since i dont order from there that often. The lady at first just said they didn't had frapes , she didn't gave me options, i then asked her what kind of cold drinks they had since i had a desire for something cold like shakes i got the feeling she was laughing or making fun of me , she look confused trying to see the screen to give me options, fortunately this new kid edwin just kicked in "he is awesome". He helped me decide what to get , he took the time to explain me options, so polite , knowledgeable, efficient, good customer service he went above and beyond, i really enjoyed ordering with him this kid should get a raised, if you go ask for edwin so far the only one in that location that made me feel like coming back.“

“I want to share my experience first of all by giving thanks to all the Dunkin’ Donuts team that work in this location. Today My car broke down in the middle of the Drive thru area when ordering food. The staff were so kind and understanding. And the first thing they thought about my kids and I been safe and getting us inside the store. Specially, because it was more than 95 degrees outside. Thank you all very much. Sorry you have to close the Drive thru for more than 30 minutes. Great management and great staff!!“

“Always a party at this joint with all the patrons in the lobby lol. On this day a young man at the register didn't seem too enthused to be at work. After placing my order with a small request that went unfulfilled (less ice) in my drink the reluctance of staff to see it fixed after I made note of it came in my hero of day (Lupita) she questioned my order evaluated the request asked what I wanted and then said don't worry I know how to fix this for you. She emerged with a smile on her face, a new drink in her hand and well wishes to my day. Thank you for your help patience and great customer service.“
